Job situation

Dear Editor,

I would like to address the current job situation in the nation. Rep. Johnson said he would create jobs if elected but he voted with the G.O.P. obstruction plan to deny the president’s job proposals. The president’s plan for $8 billion, to create two million jobs in the country was denied by Rep. Johnson and the G.O.P. who did not want to restrict the funds being spent for job creation in the country but allow them to go overseas for greater profit. Is this the type of representation we want? Where was he when RG Steel filed bankruptcy, which can cost 4,000 jobs.

I don’t understand Charlie Wilson wanting to associate his self, technically, with the G.O.P. obstructionist’s policies by not attending the Democrat convention to support the president.

For all of you one issue voters, you better weigh all the faults in the platform, to see if you may come up on the short end of the stick. Beware of the party whose members are not allowed dissenting views, and vote in lock step which is the hallmark of a dictatorship.
